                  Fortin 4 Speed Transaxle

                    The 4 speed transaxle has become the "Work Horse" of all off-road gearboxes. It has won more unlimited class off road races the past 10 years than any other transaxle on the market. It just won the 2009 BITD Parker 425, the 2009 SCORE Laughlin Desert Challenge and the 2008 SCORE Baja 1000.

                      • 10” Ring & Pinion
                      -Ratio’s available: 4.86, 4.38, 3.88
                      • Can be run with clutch or torque converter
                      • Dog Ring engagement (For fast no clutch shifts)
                      • Straight cut gears (For maximum power transfer)
                      • Internal Oil Pump
                      • Can be run Mid or Rear Engine configuration
                      • Ratio’s available from 16.8:1 to 3.3:1
                      • Differential flange width of 7 ¾ or 8 ½
                      • All Gears and Ring & Pinions are made from proprietary British alloys and heat treated in computer controlled ovens for maximum strength and quality control
