HV-1 TRANS

The first compact transaxle for the off-road industry with a “real" reverse, the HV1 mates the proven Weddle Racing 10" ring and pinion to four forward gears and a full size reverse gear. Thirty years of industry insight and two years of development in 3D CAD have culminated in this, the HV1, the first completely in-house transaxle from Weddle Industries. The list of features found in this transaxle is impressive, many of which have been, until now, reserved for higher end units.

FEATURES

Cast LM25 aluminum housings, heat treated to T6 condition and stainless shot blasted.
Fully enclosed bell housing bulkhead for maximum rigidity.
Innovative structural design provides extra ground clearance.
2" narrower than a VW Bus transaxle.
Full synchromesh, H-pattern shifting.
Heavy duty constant mesh reverse gear.
Torsional 300M input shaft.
Heat treated and ground pinion bearing collar.

Weddle Racing 10" Klingelnberg Palloid ring & pinion.
Spiral bevel final drive reduces frictional losses, can be run in mid- or rear-engine configuration.
Bronze load bolt prevents ring gear displacement.
Helical cut drive gears for maximum strength.
Wide selection of gear ratios available.
Hydraulic slave cylinder included, flat or convex throwout bearings available.
930 drive flanges standard. 934 drive flanges available as an option.
